The session’s focus will be on your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, examining how they interplay to help or hinder your journey towards achieving your goals.
Together, we will take time to understand how your biology, environment, and personal history—including possible traumas—shape your current functioning. My approach emphasizes self-compassion, emotional regulation, and meaningful connections. Typically, we meet weekly for a duration that suits your needs, and I am pleased to offer online individual counseling for added convenience.

Couples Therapy
Relationships can be a beautiful journey, yet they often come with challenges. In couples counseling, I provide a safe space for you and your partner to communicate openly and explore how your patterns may create obstacles in your relationship.
Using emotionally focused couples therapy, a well-researched approach, I focus on enhancing emotional connections rather than merely teaching skills. Together, we will identify unhelpful patterns and discover new ways to foster connection. I work with couples committed to staying together, those exploring their relationship’s future, and individuals navigating effective co-parenting after divorce. Online couples counseling is also available to accommodate your needs.

Group Counseling
Group therapy creates a sense of belonging and community, allowing you to share your story and practice new ways of being. In this supportive environment, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with others who value the journey towards authenticity and healing.
Through group interactions, you can gain insights into yourself and learn from others’ experiences. Each group meets regularly over three months, and members may choose to continue participating as they wish. A group typically comprises four to eight members, with established norms to ensure a safe and respectful atmosphere. Members are charged monthly for their spot in the group.
